Guardian and Conservator Training Class

VAS has been approved to provide Guardian and Conservator training in Douglas County to court-appointed Guardians and Conservators. VAS holds a monthly, three-hour Guardian and Conservator Training class. The class is taught by an attorney, and covers the rights of protected persons (wards), the legal obligations and responsibilities of guardians and conservators, information on deadlines for reporting to the courts, and instructions for filling out court-required forms.

Dates

Classes are held on select days from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at New Cassel Retirement Center Auditorium (900 N 90th Street, Omaha, 68114). This schedule is subject to change. Watch KM3TV, WOWT, or KETV for any weather-related cancellations.
